Self-confidence comes from peace of mind. Peace is faith and it regulates the inner dissonance in me. Balance, both spiritually and physically, is the key. Whenever chaotic emotions, thoughts, or feelings conquer us, we lose the ability to keep balance freely; we are hindered, even in performing tasks that we have mastered countless times before. For me, the main thing to realize is that nothing matters much, except to be calm and free, and to genuinely love the challenges you take on. With that in mind, I can make anything possible. I think the path to freedom should be taken in silence. Look back, reflect on your most liberated moments and remember them, because if we still have time ahead, it should be spent in total freedom, or at least in pursuit of it. The path to freedom for me begins from the word “love” and probably doesn’t end until someone finds a more relevant term.
